Li Guoliang (1641–1706) was a Qing official. His courtesy name was Langan (朗庵), also written 朗菴; Yingong (寅公) was another name. He was a native of Haicheng in Fengtian and was affiliated with the Han Chinese Bordered Blue Banner.
Life
In the eleventh year of the Kangxi reign (1672), he passed the provincial examination as a juren. From 1662 he served as Prefect of Hanzhong and Intendant of the Shaanxi Grain Transport Circuit. From 1693 he served as Provincial Administration Commissioner of Henan. From 1697 he was Governor of Henan, and he also held the title of Right Vice Censor-in-Chief. Wherever he served, he provided disaster relief, managed water conservancy, reviewed unjust cases, and reorganized grain transport, making the promotion of public benefits and removal of abuses his charge. Later, after a recommendation was judged to have selected an unsuitable person, the Board deliberated on his dismissal, and he retired with his original rank.
Family
His sons included Li Shiqi (李十七), Li Yuanlian (李元璉), Li Yuanzun (李元樽), Li Yuanlong (李元龍), and Li Yuanyi (李元彝).
