Zhou Mingluan (born 1780) was a Qing official from Shan County. His names include Xiaopo, a studio name or sobriquet, and Yuhe, whose type is unspecified.
Career
He obtained the jinshi degree in the fourteenth year of the Jiaqing reign (1809). His offices included the 戶科給事中 post, the post of 刑部陜西司員外郎 in the seventeenth year of the Jiaqing reign, and the post of 河南道監察御史 in the twenty-first year. In 1818, he served as an examiner for the provincial examination in Guizhou.
