Yao Shi (1112–1193) was a woman of the Song dynasty and the wife of Zhao Buqian.
Life
Her native place was Jinyun; she was buried in Lishui, with 1195 given as the burial year.
Family
Yao Shi’s father was Yao Gui, her husband was Zhao Buqian, and Wu Zhiruo was a relative by marriage.
Her sons included Zhao Shanbin, the eldest; Zhao Shanjiang, the second; Zhao Shanyan, the third; Zhao Shanlian, the youngest; and Zhao Shankang, the fifth son.
Her sons-in-law were Guo Mao, Wu Liangshi, and Wu Guangzong, the husbands of her eldest, second, and third daughters, respectively.
Her grandsons included Zhao Ruyu, Zhao Ruhua, Zhao Ruzhuo, Zhao Ruji, Zhao Ruchang, Zhao Ruxu, Zhao Ruzhu, Zhao Ruse, Zhao Rupu, and Zhao Ruchou.
Her grandsons-in-law were Pan Shu and Ma Yunsheng.
